Minneapolis, January 18, 2010 -- Verisae, the global leader of Sustainability Resource Planning (“SRP”), announces the election of Marty Leestma to the Board of Directors. Mr. Leestma is currently a consultant to growing businesses and Chairman of Forthright Solutions, a global provider of transaction processing and resolution services. He spent over 20 years with Accenture, most recently as its global managing partner for Retail and Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Industries.

Dan Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Verisae, commented on the announcement. “Marty is an excellent addition to our Board as he has over 20 years of experience in the retail space, the largest vertical market we now target. Mr. Leestma also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Retek Inc, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to large retailers around the world. In addition to Verisae, Mr. Leestma currently serves as a director for two other Minnesota-based software companies: SPS Commerce and Shavlik Technologies.
